Last one for tonight, an older thing but it shaped how careful I am now: rusticaland.net runs WordPress on a Windows Server/IIS box, and I found and cleaned up a real security incident there - a Sentry integration was exfiltrating data to 181.214.231.161, plus a footer injection, and I had to harden FS_METHOD. Also did performance work on that site after - OPcache tuning, ripped out LiteSpeed Cache, cut down autoloaded options. Thats most of the backlog for now - Ill keep talking to you as things come up rather than trying to dump everything at once.
