On the work side, some specifics on that Blazor portal: I figured out Autotask ticket URLs encode a base64 JSON view-data parameter, which unblocked some integration work. I also built an RMM alert triage playbook - an Excel workbook with German internal notes plus an LLM agent prompt for it. Scoped out a ShareX-style screen recorder for the ticket form using getDisplayMedia(). And I identified that Datto UniView and the classic BCDR API are actually two separate integrations, not one, which had been causing confusion.
